Terms and Conditions

1. When making a purchase from South Sea enterprises Ltd (aka Bittersweet Herb and Spice Blends) you acknowledge and undertake that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. All shipments will remain the property of South Sea enterprises Ltd (aka Bittersweet Herb and Spice Blends) and will not be dispatched until payment is received in full, unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. All prices include GST and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Prices do not include delivery.
5. Once an order has left our premises we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances.
6. We strive to meet all delivery requests, but you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation of the order.
7. Most deliveries will be made during business hours and no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
8. Any information provided by our customers is treated with the utmost respect and privacy. South Sea enterprises Ltd (aka Bittersweet Herb and Spice Blends) will not sell or disclose any customer information.
9. Customer information supplied to South Sea enterprises Ltd (aka Bittersweet Herb and Spice Blends) will only be used for the purposes of advising our valued customers of specials, promotions, upcoming events and newsletters.
10. All products on the website are subject to availability. However, in the event of a product being out of stock, we will contact the customer.
