Directions for Use:
     Open bag and fill your favourite pepper mill about half way. Hold pepper mill over dish of choice and with one hand firmly gripped about the middle of the mill place the other hand on the top and turn in a clockwise direction.  The amount distributed is in direct proportion to the number of turns made with the handle and the size of the opening of the bottom of the mill (adjustment of size is made previously to suit).  There is no limit or rule on the number of turns to be made, but be forewarned that this superior blend of whole black Tellicherry and Lampong peppercorns along with white, green and pink ones can create a decided tingle to your taste buds.
