Big, fat and bold multi-coloured peppercorns plus crushed garlic and allspice make this blend a fantastic addition to any grinder. We have noticed that the grinder on our bench containing this blend is the one that constantly needs filling.

     Imagine making a pepper steak, but because you add garlic and allspice to the seasoning it isn't just pepper and steak...it's so much more.  Now you normally wouldn't do a peppered fish fillet, but you can with this magic blend. It seems the garlic and allspice just balance the pepper nicely on the more delicate fish fillets.
