Salmon Burgers

Salmon (Or Tuna) Burgers      Serves 2

1 large egg, beaten
6-8 Mealmate or similar crackers (approx 70g), nicely crumbed (can also use cornies)
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon Bittersweet Dilly Dilly Dill Blend
1 x 210g tin salmon, drained (can also use tuna)
salt and pepper to taste

Samon_Burgers_15_06_2009_8_32_16_p.m._2592x1944_1.JPG      Mix all ingredients together well then let stand 15 minutes. Shape into 6 burger shapes and fry turning once. Serve with lots of Bittersweet Dilly Dilly Dill Blend flavoured Sour Cream or yoghurt Dip.
