Epicurean Spiced Vinegar

Epicurian Spiced Vinegar
1 cup white vinegar (or white wine vinegar for a milder taste)
1 tablespoon Bittersweet Mulling Spices
     Put both ingredients into a sterilized jar with tight fitting lid.  Store in a dark place and shake every day for 10 days. Strain and re store in sterilized jar with tight fitting lid. Store in a dark pantry.
