1 cup Spiced Apple juice
1 cup scooped out insides of feijoa
1 cup sugar
2 cups self-raising flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
In a heavy bottom, large saucepan bring spiced apple juice to the boil and add fruit, sugar and butter. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool well and beat in egg, and the flour and baking soda. Pour into a loaf pan and bake 180 for 40 to 50 minutes.
