Jelly with Spiced Apple Juice
Lime Jelly with Spiced Apple Juice
1 package Gregg's Lime** jelly
500ml Bittersweet already spiced apple juice
(see directions on packet of Epicurean Mulling Spices or refer to directions on this web site)
Place jelly crystals in bowl. Bring spiced apple juice to boil and pour over crystals, following package directions. Cool and refrigerate.
**Have only tried lime to this point, but this method will work with whatever flavour you choose.
