12 drumsticks, skinned
1½ cups Bittersweet Mulled Apple Juice
½ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons grated, fresh ginger, or 1 tablespoon ground, dried
1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic (or ½ tablespoon Bittersweet Zesty Garlic Blend
Cover and simmer 40 minutes. Or cook in pressure cooker by bringing to full heat for 10 minutes and then let sit for one-half hour. You can also remove the chicken and keep warm while you thicken the juice with a flour or corn flour paste. Serve over rice.
