Baked Potato Wedges with Heathen Chili

Baked Potato Wedges with Heathen Chili    serves 4

6 medium potatoes
pan oil spray*
1 - 2 teaspoons (to taste) Bittersweet Heathen Chili Blend
salt to taste

     Wash and dry potatoes and cut into equal 15mm wedges (this is the hardest part). Place in a plastic bag (check for holes first) and spray with pan coating until they glisten slightly. Shake to coat. Put in
Heathen Chili seasoning and shake again. Spread out on a baking sheet in one layer and cook in a t 180° oven for about 40 minutes. Salt to taste.

     *Can also use Bittersweet Cajun, Tandoori Twist, Italian, Zesty Garlic, or Curry Blend.
