Cheese Loaf

Cheese Loaf    4 Serves
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 Cup rolled oats
1 cup Cottage cheese
1/2 cup Edam cheese, grated
2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, diced
1 large tomato, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sdoy sauce
1 teaspoon oil
1 tablespoon Bittersweet Italian Blend

     Preheat oven to 180.  In a medium bowl lightly beat eggs and add oats to blend.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.  Prepare a small (probably your smallest) loaf pan by spraying with oil and press in mixture.  Bake in preheated oven for one hour.
