One Minute Chicken with Mexican

One Minute Chicken            serves 4
425g Tin plain crushed tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Bittersweet Mexican Blend **
#4 One-half boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs for four people

healthy_chicken_with_tomato_1_1.JPG     Preheat oven to 180. Open tin and pour into casserole dish. Stir in Bittersweet Italian Blend. Put in chicken and make sure it’s covered by sauce. Bake in pre-heated oven approximately 30 minutes.
    You can add chopped onions, olives or mushrooms to the casserole dish to stretch this recipe and perhaps feed more people.

**Can substitute Bittersweet Zesty Garlic, Italian Blend or Tarragon Blends
