Devilishly Divine Deviled Eggs
Take six room temperature eggs and place in enough room temp water to cover. Put lid on pot and bring to boil. When solidly boiling, turn off heat and let sit for about 20 minutes. Immerse in cold water and peel when cool.
Deviled Eggs...Makes 12
Slice the 6 hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Place whites on a serving platter and mash the yolks through a mesh sieve into a small bowl. Add 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Bittersweet Curry Blend, 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and spoon mixture into egg white halves. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
