Oven Baked Wedgies  for 2

2 baking potatoes, scrubbed
2 kumara, scrubbed
2 parsnips
(about 1kg of the above in all)
Oil
1/2 tablespoon Devil's Island Curry Blend

  Preheat oven to 220.

  Cut potatoes into thin wedges and cut the kumara and parsnip into thicker wedges for more even cooking. Put in a plastic bag and add the oil. Toss to coat. Add the Curry Blend and toss again to coat. Place, in a single layer, on a greased baking sheet and bake 20 to 30 minutes.
