Cholesterol Free Savoury Potatoes Serves 2
1 large egg white, discard the yolk
1 tablespoon Bittersweet So Savoury**
4 medium potatoes
Lightly whisk egg white with herb blend. Wash and dry potatoes and cut into .5cm slices. Dip potato in egg and place on non-stick baking sheet. Bake 180˚ for 25 minutes or until golden.
