Savoury Sundried Whizz Dip

Savoury Sundried Whizz Dip   Makes approx 1 Cup


1/4 cup (60g) sundried tomatoes in oil, drained
1/4 cup (60g) roasted red peppers, drained (from a jar)
1/2 tablespoon Bittersweet So Savoury Blend
1/4 cup oil (can use oil from sundried tomato jar)
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Handful parsley leaves

   Place everything in a whiz and blend until roughly smooth. Add salt, maybe pepper to taste, but may not be necessary.
