Peanut/Satay Sauce Makes 3/4 cup
This recipe is great with chicken satay or pork meat balls or any kebabs.
125g (1/2 cup)
Spicy Peanut Butter, or more to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Bittersweet Tandoori Twist Blend
1 cup coconut milk (can use light). Rinse tin with 1/4 cup water and add to pot.
1/2 tablespoon grated, fresh ginger
Place all ingredients in pot and just bring to heat, stirring to melt peanut butter. Can add more pb for a thicker sauce.
Serve hot. Can be made ahead and reheated.
