Tandoori Spiced Cashews
500g roasted, salted cashews
1-2 teaspoons Bittersweet Tandoori Twist Blend
Heat oven to 180°. Place cashews in an oven proof dish in one layer and heat in oven for about 5 minutes. Remove, spray with cooking spray and toss to coat. Sprinkle Tandoori Twist over nuts and toss again to coat. Return to over for about 5 to 7 minutes until nuts begin to colour. Cool and store.
