Herb Bread with Cheese
1 cup grated cheese (Tasty, Parmesan or Colby)
2 teaspoons
Bittersweet Zesty Garlic Blend (use same Blend as herb butter)
1 French bread stick, or round loaf or any unsliced bread
½ cup
Bittersweet Zesty Garlic butter
Toss grated cheese and
Bittersweet Blend together. Slice bread length ways into thirds. Sprinkle seasoned cheese along bottom layer. Spread butter on top of middle slice. Place top slice on middle slice, wrap bread in foil and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until cheese has melted.

Bittersweet Tarragon, Italian, So Savoury, Hickory Smoked Onion, or Dilly Dill
